Camanda Refund Policy

I. Course Cancellation by Learner
15 - 30 Days Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment between 15 and 30 days before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.

II. Refunds for Self-Paced CoursesBefore Accessing Course Materials: If you request a refund before accessing any course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Accessing Course Materials: Refunds are not available once you have accessed course materials.

III. Refunds for Live ClassesBefore the First Session: If you request a refund before attending the first live class session, you are eligible for a full refund.

After the First Session: Refunds are not available once you have attended the first live class session.

IV. Medical Emergencies or Other Special CircumstancesRefund requests due to medical emergencies or other special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

V. How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, please contact our support team via email([email protected]) or phone (+234 806 234 7059) with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original/primary account within 7-10 business days.

VI. Changes to the PolicyWe reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled learners and will apply to future enrollments.
