Instructor Code of Conduct

Offer classes only where you have appropriate background or expertise.

Instructors should maintain a professional approach during all interactions with
learners.

Adhere to our class content policy by only offering secular and objective classes.

You must be adequately prepared for each class session, with slides and other
materials for presentation.

Create a safe and welcoming space for learners from all backgrounds, beliefs, and locations and respect learners' learning styles.

Begin and end classes on time, respecting learners' schedules.

Provide constructive feedback and support to learners. Respond promptly to learner's questions.

Familiarize yourself with our LMS and ensure smooth operation during live classes.

Ensure backup internet and necessary equipment (such as laptops etc) are available to minimize disruptions during live classes.
Be prepared to troubleshoot minor technical issues independently, or promptly seek technical support when needed.

Use clear and respectful communication in all interactions.

Keep all communications on our platform; never provide personal contact information to learners for “off-platform” communications, or in-person meetings (prohibited unless a Camanda-sponsored event).

Promptly notify learners in case of technical difficulties that may affect the classschedule and communicate alternate arrangements.
